ba London Eye, the millennium wheel by David Marks Julia Barfield, will take 15 hours to be craned upright. The wheel is due to go up on Friday and will be the fifth biggest structure in London, behind Canary Wharf, the BT Tower, Tower 42 and Guy's Hospital.
