The Dome attracted 366,420 visitors in January, 5580 less than the National Gallery, but 6420 more than the British Museum. Disneyland in Paris, former employer of new Dome boss Pierre-Yves Gerbeau, attracts 12.5 million visitors a year.
The BA London Eye recorded a surge in bookings after lift off on 1 February with 50,000 tickets sold in just three days. This brings the number of tickets sold this year to 600,000.
