Vincent Timber

focus showcase

The Beehive centre in Cambridge was one of the first UK projects to use heat-treated ThermoWood from Vincent Timber, which promises long life, good looks and cost saving, compared to traditional cladding timbers like cedar.

Acting as a gateway to a retail outlet, the £1 million building is constructed from curved glulam timber and roofed in patinated copper, with ThermoWood cladding the external faces.
