Work has just started on tacp Design's Atlantic Point, a 1000-student 'village' in Liverpool costing £13.7 million. The 15,000m2 scheme will have 10 four-storey blocks with en-suite bedrooms, a shop, meeting and management rooms. Completion is set for August 2000 and the contract was won by David McLean Contractors.
