Manchester-based urban design practice URBED has unveiled a £100 million masterplan for a site next to Brighton train station.The scheme will include about 350 residential units, a 400-bed hotel, a supermarket and 10,000m2 of office space.Chetwood Associates will build two thirds of the units as part of a development for Sainsbury's and EPRArchitects is designing a Marriott hotel.
