Following his unfortunate contretemps in the High Court last summer, multi-millionaire insurance guru Christopher Moran was ordered to pay architect Carden & Godfrey its outstanding fees in respect of work to recreate the magnificent Crosby Hall, Chelsea. He appealed. The appeal was dismissed, although it must have been a titanic struggle for Lord Justice Gibson who heard it. The court sat for all of five minutes.
