TOOLEY AND FOSTER WIN

A cancer centre named after Helen Rollason, the sports presenter who died of the illness, has been designed by The Tooley & Foster Partnership, which is applying for planning consent in two weeks. The 700m2 building in the grounds of North Middlesex Hospital in Edmonton will have research areas and various care rooms. Fund raisers are closing in on the £1 million needed for the building, due to start in 2000 for a finish in early 2001.
