John Thompson and Partners has got the green light for 392 new dwellings and 75 live-work units to be built at Kew Sewage Treatment works after a public inquiry last summer. The scheme for St James Homes has been designed to encourage a reduction in commuter traffic through the live-work units and other facilities for home workers in a community building. David Lock Associates was the planning consultant.
