I read with dismay the arguments about the cost of RRP's Welsh Assembly Building (AJ 26.7.01).
Has anyone measured its cost against its value as an architectural masterpiece? A masterpiece that can only be delivered by the original architects.
Do the Welsh not realise they have something very special, and isn't there anyone in any of these countless committees who has the balls to run with it?
