The Richard Rogers Partnership

  • Comment

The Richard Rogers Partnership has won planning permission for this £100 million Europe House office scheme at St Katharine Docks for client Taylor Woodrow Property. To be built opposite the Tower of London, it will comprise 17,100m2 of offices on seven floors, with 1500m2 of ground-level retail and restaurant space overlooking the yacht marina. The building has a full-height atrium and each 2500m2 floor is divisible into four independent areas. There will also be a 400m2 balcony on the top floor, offering views of the Tower and City skyline. The architect also worked with Taylor Woodrow on the Montevetro residential scheme in Battersea.
