Thanks to Gavin Stamp

Thanks to Gavin Stamp of the Twentieth Century Society for this postcard of the Barnum Room in New York - the different disco. The postcard contained the following idiosyncratic answer to last week's Odd One Out: 'Well, Steiner and Valentino both had Rudolph as a first name, whereas it is the surname of the architect of the Yale School of Architecture. On the other hand, that building was set on fire by students while the Goetheanum was rebuilt after a fire. Valentino merely set hearts on fire, by the million. But then, he was homosexual: were Steiner and Rudoph heterosexual? Who knows? Who cares?'
