Terry Farrell and Partners has won planning approval for this £75 million Swiss Cottage scheme in north London. The scheme also includes a 7,100m 2sports and leisure complex with a further 22 flats on top,19 homes for rental, a community centre and a new doctor's surgery. The 1960s public library, designed by Sir Basil Spence, will also be refurbished, and a landscaped central park will form a focal point to the project.
