Temple Quay permission

  • Comment

Fitzroy Robinson has won planning permission for two office blocks on Bristol's Temple Quay site, masterplanned by the firm. The biggest office will be a £9.5 million five-storey headquarters with atrium and around 8500m2 of space. It is due to start next spring and end in 2001 and the client, Castlemore Securities, is talking to a possible tenant. The smaller block will have 5500m2 of offices. The client has not finalised time scales and is looking for a tenant. The 93,000m2 site masterplan envisages mixed- use buildings.
