Work has started on omf Derek Cox Architects' £11.4 million pfi office for the Inland Revenue. The four-storey, 12,000m2 block in Liverpool's Bootle with a conference suite and 300 car spaces is due to finish next August, after which the existing 19-storey tax office will be demolished.
