The Architectural Association has organised a one-day conference on the work of Gottfried Semper on 18 March. Semper was one of the most important German architectural theorists of the nineteenth century and Mark Cousins, Andrew Benjamin and Bernard Cache will be among the speakers. The conference begins at 10.30 in the AA's lecture hall.
