Terry Farrell and Partners'£49 million plans for a new leisure centre and housing development at Swiss Cottage in north London went on show at a public exhibition at Basil Spence's Library in the area this week. The scheme, which includes 200 apartments, is for Dawnay Day Group. John McAslan & Partners' refurbishment plans for the Grade II library will also be on show. The exhibition closes on 15 July.
