Subtle lighting brings relics to life

  • Comment
PUBLIC BUILDINGS SCHOTT FIBRE OPTICS

A host of exhibits has gone on show at the British Museum in display cabinets illuminated with Lightbars from Schott Fibre Optics. The slim bars are just 20mm in diameter, making them unobtrusive and suitable for use where space is limited. Easy to install, the Lightbars produce a subtle, even light, are easy to maintain and produce no heat or strong UV light. To enhance the exhibits further, Schott's Amiran anti-reflective glass was also used for a number of museum showcases.
