  • Comment

Stock Woolstencroft has won detailed planning consent for this £19 million mixed-use scheme for London's Victoria Wharf overlooking Mile End Park. The project is anchored around a 12storey tower by Regent's Canal which will feature a ground-floor restaurant with flats above. Blocks of four and seven storeys will provide 2,000m 2of work spaces and 70 flats on the 0.35 ha site in Tower Hamlets. A 1920s industrial building will be demolished for the curvilinear design of glass, wood decking and metal balustrades.

Work is due to start late next year and complete 18 months later.
