[First look] AJ100 practice Stock Woolstencroft has won planning permission this mixed-use residential scheme in Hackney Wick, east London

The scheme for developer Neptune Group was redesigned earlier this year following criticism from the London Legacy Development Corporation’s design review panel and local residents.

The project – overlooking London’s Olympic Park and called Neptune Wharf – features 522 homes and more than 9,000m² of non-residential space.

Stock Woolstencroft’s masterplan also includes more than one hectare of landscaped public realm and 1,100m² of play space for children.
