Stiff + Trevillion bags planning for Pentonville offices

[First look] Stiff + Trevillion Architects has scooped planning permission for this 5,100m² office scheme on Pentonville Road in Islington, London

Project managed by Jackson Coles, the £11 million  proposal  for developer Derwent refurbishes and extends two existing buildings to create a new single six-storey office development.

Scheduled to complete in late 2012, the project is aiming for a BREEAM Very Good rating.

John Boxall, Jackson Coles partner said: ‘We are delighted that Pentonville Road has secured planning consent. We have worked with Derwent London for many years and we’re looking forward to working with them again on another great project.’

Simon Silver, head of strategic regeneration at Derwent London added: ‘We are delighted to have won this planning permission at Pentonville Road.

‘The existing buildings are in much need of refurbishment and the new scheme will complement our nearby Angel Building and will further help to regenerate this exciting area of London.’
