Richard Murphy Architects has been given the green light for this flats and mews development on the corner of Belford Road and Sunbury Street in the city centre of Edinburgh (above). The 28-flat complex occupies a site area of 470m2 with a fall from south to north of 1.2m. Currently it is used as a discount warehouse with residential accommodation on upper floors. The project is for the Buredi company, and will start on site in autumn, finishing one year later.
