Six practices have been shortlisted in a competition to design a new headquarters building for Staffordshire Housing Association: Penoyre & Prasad, Robert Ian Barnes Architects, Aldington Craig and Collinge, Gollifer Associates, Glenn Howells Architects and Rivington Street Studio. The client, which has a reputation for innovative management systems, says that it is seeking an appropriate building of design excellence. The practices will submit designs to a panel on 4 November. They are each being paid an honourarium for their work.
