Chapman Taylor's £100 million scheme to regenerate the Arndale shopping centre in Manchester city centre looks set to get the green light after the city planning committee last week said it was minded to award planning permission. The development will form the third side of Exchange Square, which was created following the 1996 IRA bomb that tore the heart out of the city centre.
