Spain's 'lead'does not make it a H&S winner

I am amused by your poll 'Should Britain follow Spain's lead?' I think you should run a series of equally amusing polls based on the following.

Should Britain follow Spain's lead and replace the planning system altogether with politically-controlled regulations?

Should Britain follow Spain's lead, scrap Part 3 exams and allow architects to establish a practice after five years at college, without practical experience?

Should Britain follow Spain's lead and demand that structures more than 1m high have to be the subject of a planning application (by an architect generally)?

Should Britain follow Spain's lead and have fixed minimum rates for architects?

Should Britain follow Spain's lead and make it impossible for an individual to make a planning application without paying a architect for the privilege?

Should Britain follow Spain's lead in health and safety records in the construction industry?

I could come up with more.
