S&P Architects, the practice working with Zaha Hadid on the 2012 London Olympic Aquatic Centre, has won a competition to design Corby's new swimming pool. Hailed as a 'flagship project' as part of the Parkland Gateway Regeneration programme, the £9.9 million scheme will create a 25m-long, eight-lane competition pool on the edge of the Northamptonshire town.
