[IMAGES + PLANS + VIDEO] Sheppard Robson has just been awarded planning permission for a new Academy in Hillfields, Coventry
The 14,788m² proposal will provide accommodation for 1,050 secondary school pupils and 300 post-16 year old students in a split-site Academy, located on opposite sides of the Primrose Hill Street. The new academy will replace the Sidney Stringer School, which is to be pulled down.
As part of a masterplan, Sheppard Robson will provide a contemporary public, civic and private academy, enhancing and optimising the surrounding public space.
Construction will commence later this month.
