Moss EDP has unveiled a 260ha masterplan for Shoreham Harbour in Brighton & Hove, costing up to £127 million. Some 1200 homes will be built and the port will be divided into a business, residential and recreational areas, a port area and a 'media village' of offices. The scheme represents the largest brownfield regeneration opportunity in the South-East and has a 20-year building programme. It is being considered by planners.
