John Seifert Architects has ceased trading following a winding-up order issued by HM Revenue and Customs
Founded in 1991 by John Seifert, son of Richard Seifert – architect of the NatWest Tower, the firm shared an office building with The Architects’ Journal. The studio was found locked and empty this morning.
The outfit, who traded as SAI International, faced the winding-up order in the High Court on 10 February. The firm will now be placed in the hands of the insolvency service.
Documents submitted to Companies House on the 20 January show that directors John Seifert and Malcolm Noakes had their appointments terminated earlier this year.
