Client: Swale Borough Council Contract value: £1.9 million Complete: August 2005 The principal floor finish for the Seashells Children and Family Centre in Sheerness, Kent, is Armstrong's linoleum 'Granette' 111-59, which has been used in all public areas, including offices, training rooms and nursery spaces. Linoleum is a recyclable, renewable resource that is non-toxic and highly durable.

The project is a multi-use scheme comprising a 50-place nursery, social services and a primary healthcare community facility.
