The Architecture Foundation has unveiled the five London Borough of Newham sites which are taking part in its regenerative roadshow programme. They are: the Theatre Royal Site in Stratford, looking at spaces between buildings in the emerging cultural quarter of the borough; Public Realm at Woodgrange Road/Romford Road (above left), where architects will be asked to look, among other things, at the future of an old public wc; the Brooks Road Estate, looking at developing areas of community space; and the Little Ilford Estate, Warrior Square, E12 (above right), again looking at public space. The roadshow's fifth site is the Barking Road/A406. This comprises two derelict open spaces where the foundation wants 'an ecology-centred proposal', taking advantage of its position next to a school. The deadline for submissions is 1 March.
