Liverpool's former boys grammar school, The Collegiate, reopened as a residential development on 2 June. Redeveloped by local architects Shed KM and Urban Splash, the Grade II*-listed building reopened as 96 flats and two penthouses. The Gothic revival building, designed by Harvey Lonsdale-Elmes and constructed in 1843, has suffered two major fires since it was closed as a school in the 1970s.
