The £700,000 refurbishment of Covent Garden's actors' centre and Tristan Bates theatre will involve extensive work to its elevation, entrance, green room, lounge and office areas. This design will also improve access for disabled people. Elements involve soft walls, lighting effects, glimpses through openings and layering of glazing.

The structural engineer is Michael Pereira Associates, the M&E engineer is Paul Bastick Associates and Robertson Associates is the quantity surveyor and planning supervisor.
