Yacht designer Andrew Winch Designs has won a sustainable design commendation from the London Borough of Richmond for the conversion of a 1904 fire station in Mortlake into its new offices. The £300,000 scheme, by the yacht designer itself, fronts the Thames and includes a twostorey extension.
