Rumour has it that Guardian architecture critic Jonathan Glancey's next book is going to be more versatile than his previous works - which include Twentieth Century Architecture. Ye t the delight to be gleaned from his new tome on the history of worldwide architecture is that it will be printed on waterproof pages and be readable in the bath. Quite what one would want to do with it remains to be seen. Oo-er.
