The Richard Rogers Partnership is set to put its revised proposals for a new complex of buildings near Paddington station before Westminster City Council planners within the next fortnight. The original 47-storey design was rejected after Westminster decided the height of towers should be limited to 100m. The new proposal is for a series of separate buildings, no more than 100m in height, linked by atria and bridges.
