PRODUCT Handmade clay heritage tiles

CHARACTERISTICS The 2,500 bespoke tiles have a weathered finish to blend with the original Spanish-style overs and unders on the 1920s Grade II-listed building. Sandtoft created a mould from the Spanish original and mixed various sand combinations to get the correct colour

SPECIAL PROPERTIES The tiles contributed to the project winning the Best Refurbishment category at the Clay Roof Tile Council Awards
