Rocha, a former British Designer of the Year, will design the centrepiece interior garden and communal areas of a new apartment conversion in the city centre, for Space, the new division of established house- builder Charlton Group. Called L3, it will be Rocha's second interior project since Morrison Hotel on Dublin's Ormond Quay. Rocha will work alongside Liverpool-based architect Falconer Chester, on a 9x30m garden atrium and the entrance hall, lifts and corridors. The 20,000m2, five- storey building is due for completion by September 2000.
