Richard Rogers Partnership has unveiled its revised designs for a £300 million mixed-use development at Paddington Basin after failing with a 42-storey tower on the same site. RRP submitted a planning application to Westminster City Council last Friday for the 110,000m 2project, now a series of six graduated and interlinking blocks of nine to 30 storeys containing offices, residential units, shops and restaurants, along with canalside public space. RRP hopes to start on site in March for a 2004 completion.
