The RIBA gallery is to celebrate the rebirth of quality public buildings in the UK with a major six-month exhibition dubbed '2001: an Architectural Odyssey'. The show will be divided into six themes including 'Urban Rebirth', which will look at buildings as catalysts for regeneration, such as Foster and Partners' Music Centre in Gateshead; and 'Space in the City', which will examine new public spaces and projects which transform derelict sites, including Wilkinson Eyre's Magna Project in Rotherham. The exhibition will start on 1 March.
