RIBA's 'Architecture in the House'Success

Letters

Further to Antoine E Raffoul's letter (AJ 26.7.01) regarding 'Architect in the House', 1,047 practices volunteered to take part. This year, 6,412 clients were successfully matched to practices, indicating a minimum donation of £96,180. Initial receipt of cheques confirms many practices have donated more than £15, suggesting a final sum in excess of £100,000, when combined with 'Architect in the Office'.

Many thanks to those practices which took part this year, and we urge more practices to take part in 'Architect in the House' during Architecture Week 2002.
