Schemes by Rural Office for Architecture and Donald Insall Associates are among the finalists for RIBA Awards in Wales
A total of five projects have been shortlisted in the RIBA East region for this year’s RIBA Awards.
Donald Insall Associates’ Copper Kingdom visitor centre in Anglesey was also nominated for the Wales Gold Medal for Architecture in 2013.
The architects will find out whether they have won a Regional Award at a ceremony in Aberystwyth on the 16 May.
Regional winners will be put forward for the RIBA National Awards, with the lucky recipients announced in June. Those collecting national awards will then be considered for the 2014 RIBA Stirling Prize.
