Designed by Teather Walls Architects, the new Barclay Stand at Norwich City Football Club has been completed using facing masonry from Lignacite. Bands of polished silver grey, ebony and shotblasted sandstone masonry have been blended together to create an elegant facade. The elevation itself is set out on a large radius and has been well crafted by Kier Construction. As a precaution, the masonry has been treated with an anti-graffiti coating to ensure that its appearance can readily be restored if necessary.
