PLP submits Nine Elms office scheme

  • Comment

Designs for a 20,000m² office building by PLP Architects, which will sit within the Nine Elms regeneration area, have been submitted for planning

Planners at Wandsworth Council in south London will decide on the scheme - part of Ballymore Group’s Embassy Gardens development - which overlooks the new US and Dutch embassies.

In August, the Architects’ Journal revealed that David Chipperfield Architects had landed the prize job to convert the soon-to-be empty US Embassy in London’s Grosvenor Square into a hotel.
