Plans revealed for new Dockland's tower by TP Bennett

  • Comment

TP Bennett has unveiled proposals for this 29-storey, 167-home tower in London’s Docklands

The 7 Limehouse Harbour scheme, close to the Crossharbour DLR station, will be nearly 93m tall and is backed by Telford Homes.

Nick Hirst, director at TP Bennett, said: ‘We and Telford Homes Plc have developed, through a close working relationship with both the GLA and Tower Hamlets, this residential design proposal which will positively benefit the local area, providing a substantial increase in accessible public realm on a prominent site.’

Meanwhile the practice has made two senior appointments to strengthen its interiors team as part of its company’s growth plan and to support delivery of its ‘business to boutique’ design strategy. Corinne Pringle, former managing director of MCM has joined the outfit while former Aukett Fitzroy Robinson director Anne Kuzyk has been formally appointed to director after one year with TP Bennett.
