Westminster City Council is expected this week to announce it is pressing on with the £32 million redevelopment of Pimlico School as a 'pathfinder' example of pfi. It will present new images of the scheme for winning consortium St George's Square Partnership, by Ellis Williams Architects. However, angry parents and governors are planning to attend the session. A planning application will be lodged on 27 November.
