NEWS

Kohn Pedersen Fox is ready to make a detailed planning application for this 140m-long, glass-wrapped office block. It forms part of phase two of the Paddington Central project in west London. The proposal for the 50,000m 2building is to go to Westminster planners next month. The scheme includes designs for a 40m-high atrium. Sheppard Robson is working on another office for phase two. Phase one, now on site, includes two 10-storey office blocks by site masterplanner Sidell Gibson Partnership. It also includes retail and flats.
