Cullinan's project on display in the King's Mall Shopping Centre as part of the Architecture Foundation roadshow

Cullinan's scheme introduces and emphasises points which cross the surrounding roads providing access to the park. Discussions with residents revealed that people did not want to see the park dramatically changed. The project is limited to the southern boundary, leaving the Scrubs largely untouched.

Ballpark figures 1 and 2 have been designed as a giant goalpost and a giant basketball hoop respectively. Their size makes them effective landmarks visible from the entire park, and their perspective is distorted so that they can be read 'head-on' from key commonly used vantage points. The locations of crossing points 3, 4, 5, and 6 have been identified, but their ballpark figures have yet to be designed.
