Tom Russell has become managing director of Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo uk. It has also promoted Gordon Pickering, Bernard Lee, Douglas Morris and Jeremy Heyes to associates.

Geoff Rice, director of ghm Project Management, and Alistair Hay, director of ghm Rock Townsend, have joined the ghm Group Holdings Limited Board. ghm has offices in London, Leeds and Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.

Project consultant Malcolm Reading, whose work includes London's Millennium Bridge project, the Wallace Collection's Centenary Project and the Laban Centre's Creekside project, is moving. From 25 July he will be at 1 Cobourg Street, London NW1 2HP, tel: 0171 383 7757.
