Alan Hills has become an associate of London-based Eva Jiricna Architects.

RPW Architects has re-named itself Reardon Smith Architects. One of the founders of RPW Architects, Patrick Reardon, becomes executive chairman, while Conrad Smith becomes managing director.

MichÞle Brown has become an associate of east Londonbased practice Rivington Street Studio. She has been with the practice since September 1997, and is currently the project architect of the £5million Rose Bruford College development in Kent.

Design company WORK has ceased to exist. Designer Tim Pyne will now trade under his own name from The Workhouse,31 Charlotte Road, London EC2A 3PB. Ed Baverstock has also been appointed to the practice as a new partner.

Lesley Gibbs and Clive Smith have been promoted to associate in PRP Architects' London office. Barry Munday is chairman of the group, Chris Rudolf is now managing director and Neil Griffiths is finance director. The board of directors will also comprise Mike Tuck, Andy von Bradsky, Roger Battersby, Robert Coles and newly promoted director John Chapman.
