Harrow based-architect Graham Seabrook Partnership has appointed Julian G Seabrook as a partner. Henri L Booy has resigned to return to the usa.

Birmingham-based practice Temple Cox Nicholls now has three newly qualified architects and a project manager. Simon Crosby, Matthew Tebbatt, Darrell Smallman and Tony Jones completed their Part 3 examinations in December 1999.

The land-planning and design consultant, Derek Lovejoy Partnership has promoted Pol Macdonald and Lynda Fleming to associate. They are both based at the Edinburgh office.
